October 2023 Production Update

October was one of our biggest months yet at Hand in Hand Productions — and we wanted to take a moment to share what our team accomplished and say a genuine thank you to the clients and crew who made it all possible.

The month kicked off with a trip to Cortez, Colorado, where Jason and Sammy joined Matt to produce a product launch event for Osprey, the iconic 50-year-old backpack brand. From there, Matt flew straight to New York City — his first time in the city — to exhibit our REMI (Remote Integration) production solution at a national trade show alongside sales and marketing lead Molly Bull. The highlight? Switching a live production in Bend, Oregon from a booth in New York City, with Shannon in the studio and Donovan at the controls back home. A true coast-to-coast demonstration of what REMI can do.

Back in Central Oregon, our team hit the ground running. We produced the Visit Central Oregon Tourism Summit, supported Hydro Flask’s annual sales meeting, and delivered full production for our 19th year at the Bend Venture Conference — a three-day run featuring stage confidence monitors, full video and audio support, and a genuinely moving moment when Oregon Adaptive Sports received a standing ovation. We wrapped the month with virtual event production for a multi-panel livestream, a recording session for Redmond Economic Development, and Zoom integration support for the Oregon Home Builders Association — where the Governor of Oregon addressed the room live.

3 Key Takeaways

1. REMI Works — Anywhere

Switching a live production in Bend from a trade show booth in New York isn’t a concept anymore. It’s something we did in October. REMI reduces travel costs and crew requirements without sacrificing the quality your audience expects.

2. One Team, Every Format

In a single month, our team produced corporate product launches, a tourism conference, a venture capital event, virtual panels, a fundraising gala, and Zoom-integrated meetings. Whatever your event looks like, the capability is already here.

3. Community Is at the Core

From supporting Oregon Adaptive Sports to our 19th year with Bend Venture Conference, we’re not just a vendor — we’re a long-term partner invested in the organizations and people that make Central Oregon thrive.

Thanks for joining us this month. We are so pleased and blessed to have incredible clients, and a team that loves digging in every single day. Get in touch to talk about your next event.
