REMI production in action — Hand in Hand Productions directing a live multi-camera event remotely from Central Oregon

REMI Production

REMI — Remote Integration Model — means our production team can direct, switch, and manage your live event from a completely different location — while a lean crew handles the physical setup on site. The result: broadcast-grade production — clean switching, tight audio, real-time QC — with fewer travel costs and greater flexibility for events across Central Oregon and beyond.

How It Works

Traditional event production puts your entire crew on site — directors, switchers, engineers. REMI flips that model. Your on-site team handles what has to be physical: cameras, audio, and equipment. Our remote production team handles everything else: switching between cameras, managing slides and graphics, calling the show, and monitoring the feed in real time.

On Site

  • Camera operators
  • Audio technician
  • Basic equipment setup
  • Reliable internet connection

Our STUDIO

  • Live production switching
  • Slides and graphics management
  • Show direction and timing
  • Real-time monitoring and QC

Why It Matters for Your Event

Lower Production Costs

Travel, lodging, and per diem for a full production crew adds up fast. REMI reduces how many people need to be on site, which reduces what you pay — without reducing what you get.

Same Quality, More Reach

REMI makes it practical to bring Hand in Hand Productions-level production to events outside Bend — smaller venues, regional conferences, or multi-location events that might not otherwise justify the budget for a full traveling crew.

Built for Livestream

REMI pairs naturally with livestream and hybrid event production. If you’re already broadcasting to a remote audience, your production team being remote too is a small — and smart — step.

Events That Work Well with REMI

REMI isn’t the right fit for every event — but for the right ones, it’s a game-changer. It works best when:

  • The event already includes a livestream or hybrid component
  • The venue is outside the Bend/Central Oregon area and travel costs are a concern
  • The event is recurring or multi-location and a traveling crew isn’t practical every time
  • The client needs high production value with a leaner on-site footprint
  • A reliable fiber or high-speed internet connection is available at the venue

Not sure if REMI is right for your event? We’ll tell you honestly. If a traditional on-site setup makes more sense, that’s what we’ll recommend.
