Matt Hand, owner of Hand in Hand Productions, has been working in the media and event production business for more than 25 years. Over the years, Matt has helped produce and direct events from TEDxBend, Bend Venture Conference, and multi day international live streams. Currently Matt is working with clients around the nation to develop and stream programming nationally and internationally through his innovative virtual production studio. At his core Matt is passionate about leading groups and organizations to affect change in the world through inspirational marketing and media.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys geeking out over the latest technologies in video production, watching a variety of great movies and shows, and enjoying all the fine local activities that Bend, OR has to offer.

Donovan Vaughan started in the production industry as a roadie for a touring concert company. This sparked an interest in the industry and he soon became a Lighting Director, quickly graduating to a Tour/Road Manager. Donovan made the transition to focusing on video and multi-camera expertise a number of years later. He soon became a Technical and Camera Director and Co/Technical producer on live events.

In his own words, he enjoys the benefits of going to the gym, but not necessarily the part that involves actually going to the gym. He also takes part in Krav Maga (Israeli self defense) 2 -3 times a week, but he especially enjoys spending time with his daughter making English Scones together. His morning is not complete without a Honey Hemp latte.

Jason Musk is an independent production contractor for Hand in Hand Productions and the Production Manager for Eagle Mountain ARC. Jason started his path in production in 2018 with experience as a camera operator, switcher, setting up and tearing down equipment. He loves being a part of the team and helping out with media events.
Jason is a veteran of the US Coast Guard, a musician, loves spending time with his wife and kids, and enjoys spending time in the woods.

With her deep-rooted experience in marketing, communications, public relations, and strategic development, Molly oversees all things marketing for Hand In Hand Productions. Molly’s passion for human behavior combined with more than twenty-five years’ experience in Marketing Communications fuels her commitment for growth and meaningful impact every day.
Joining Microsoft Corporation’s disaster response program nurtured her ‘give back’ nature, where she oversaw deployment of communications systems during large-scale natural disasters, and was the recipient of Microsoft Operations’ Innovation Hero award. Most recently, Head of Marketing for a global nonprofit organization with a mission to eliminate corneal blindness, Molly co-led immersion trips to Asia that raised significant funds for the cause and built global awareness and advocacy. She has authored a number of speeches and industry publications for known media outlets.
A native Oregonian, Molly loves to get out in nature for hikes as much as she loves a good outdoor music festival. But when it’s time to come indoors, she loves playing board games with her family or enjoying a good movie.

Sami Dehm, “Head of Client Success” at Hand in Hand Productions, works with clients coordinating events, oversees employee personnel, and manages behind the scene tasks, such as bookkeeping and other professional services. Sami has worked with Hand in Hand Productions for nearly 3 years. She enjoys all aspects of her job; from working and communicating with the clients before and during their event/production, to supporting and helping employees and all the “behind the scene” tasks she performs.
In her free time, Sami enjoys being outdoors: hiking, fishing, hunting, boating, camping, horseback riding, and just enjoying the beautiful mountains, blue skies, sunshine, and crystal clean lakes that her hometown offers.
